Availability

Current Engine Availability

Availability is confirmed per request against your specific vehicle. Here is why it works that way, and how to get an answer on the engine you need.

What we can check availability on

The engine families below are the ones with the steadiest demand in this market, which usually means the deepest supply. They are not the limit of what can be sourced. They are the ones where an answer comes back fastest.

Why this page is not a shop

A used engine is not a catalogue item. Two units with the same code can differ in what is attached to them, what condition they are in and what warranty covers them, and the price follows those differences rather than the code.

So instead of a listing grid with add-to-cart buttons, this site does the identification and the checking, and gives you a quote for a specific unit against your specific vehicle. The process is described here.

Common questions

Why is there no live stock list?

Because publishing one that is wrong is worse than not publishing one. Engine stock moves between suppliers constantly, and a page saying an engine is available when it has gone sends someone away annoyed, while one saying sold when it is not loses a sale outright. Availability is confirmed against your specific vehicle when you ask.

Do you have my engine in stock?

This site does not hold stock itself. It checks with suppliers who do. Send the year, model and trim and you will get a straight answer about that specific engine, including if the answer is that it is hard to source at the moment.

Why is there no price listed?

Engine pricing depends on the variant, the condition, what is attached to the unit and how it reaches you. A published range would be wrong for most people reading it and would anchor them against their own real quote. You get a price for a specific engine checked against your specific vehicle.

What if the engine I need is not available?

You get told that rather than offered a substitute that nearly fits. Where a different variant within the same family would genuinely work for your vehicle, that gets explained along with what it changes. Where nothing suitable is available, that is the answer.
